I met the love of my life ( lives actually, but more on that in my own book soon ) in Mayfair, and we have our own bench. <br />I love it in all seasons, but perhaps the spring is my favourite, as the trees in there start to turn that lovely fresh green again.<br />The last book I read there, following a cinema trip to see the new version of the film, was Far From The Madding Crowd, which I hadn't read since my teens, and wanted to re-visit.<br />I always travel with a book, and if short of a notepad, will make notes in pencil inside the fly-leaf.
