Zou Bisou Bisou - MadMen Season Five
I missed MadMen, unfortunately, but I think this clip of the latest Mrs Don Draper shows why it's still so fabulous: it has a lot to do with the amazing hair and make-up, doesn't it?
Excellent episode. And what a good idea to make Mrs Draper the centre of attention - I don't really feel we got to know her much in the previous series (which I'm sure was deliberate - Don didn't really know her either!) but now she's a real character in her own right.
Thanks for the clip - I think a fly went in my mouth while I was watching it, but it was disturbed by Mrs Steerforth throwing a bucket of cold water over me.
I almost missed the premiere because I had to fight my roommate for the DVR! I loved this act, and I think this season is going to be wonderful since Megan is a huge breath of fresh air for Don. I can’t wait to see how Betty is doing, and I’m happy that I won’t miss out since by next Sunday I’ll have the new Hopper installed. One of my co-workers at DISH raved that she can record the four major networks and two other things all at the same time with the whole-home HD DVR PrimeTime Anytime function. It’ll be perfect for the roomie and me so I can enjoy Mad Men season 5 in peace!
Thanks a lot for a bunch of good tips. I look forward to reading more on the topic in the future. Keep up the good work! This blog is going to be great resource. Love reading it.
I was really looking forward to this but found it, as Dan did, embarrassing - the reaction am sure Weiner, in his wisdom, intended. The casting of Mad Men is one of its serious strengths: the Canadian actress is perfect as Don's exotic, beautiful but not perfect wife - the antithesis of January Jones.

Sensational - adore his bemused expression. And yes, the hair ...

I just caught up on the first three episodes- I binged. It is incredibly stylish but it'd be great without I think, it's very easy to get lost in.
Very nice, thanks for sharing.
I had a letter from an old friend today who says she is now hooked on MadMen, having bought the box set for her husband last xmas.
The clip is fab, I think I'll have to get into it too. I do love having something good lined up to watch.
